AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should not rely solely on AI responses for critical decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HELLO AI VOICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA
• BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
• COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM AI ERRORS OR INACCURACIES

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hello AI Connect and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your failure to obtain required consents for call recording

• You must cease all use of the Services
• We may delete your account and associated data
